1. Change of Mind Returns

We are pleased to accept returns for change of mind within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original packaging, unused, and in saleable condition.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns for items that have been used, removed from their packaging, or are demonstration/second-hand products.

2. Faulty Products

We take pride in the quality of our products. If a product is found to be faulty, we are happy to offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with our warranty obligations.
As many of our products (including inflatable kayaks) are handmade, minor variations, markings, or seam irregularities are normal and not considered faults.
To assist us in resolving any issues quickly, please inspect your item on delivery and notify us within 48 hours if you believe there is a problem, including photographic evidence.

3. Repairs & Replacements

· For minor issues, Skatinger may provide repair parts or arrange for the item to be repaired.

· For more significant issues covered under warranty, we may offer a replacement or refund.

· Please do not use the product if you plan to return it, as this may invalidate your return request.

4. Return Shipping

Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
If you would like Skatinger to assist with return shipping, please let us know when contacting our team and we will advise the applicable courier charges. Please note that return costs may differ from the original shipping fee.

5. Return Assessment & Refunds

· Once received, your return will be inspected and we will confirm the outcome:

o Approved → refund to your original payment method (allow up to 2 weeks for bank processing) or replacement item sent.

o Rejected → the item will be returned to you and associated costs may apply.

· If a return requires cleaning, repair, repackaging, or is missing original packaging, a reasonable handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

· Returns will not be accepted if the product has been misused or damaged after delivery.

6. Your Consumer Rights

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
